Global Compact

Interfaces Hombre Máquina Avanzados (IHMAN) is an signed entity of the United Nations Global Pact since the 8 of february of 2011. We are compromised with the Global Pact and the 10 principles

With our adherence we commit ourselves to implement in our business management the necessary actions in order to ensure the human rights, the working rules, the respect with the environment and the battle against corruption. Furthermore, we communicate annually to the Global Pact and its groups of interests the improvements made in the implementation of the principles.

Human Rights

IHMAN supports and respects the protection of internationally proclaimed human rights.

We make sure that we are not complicit in human rights abuses.

Labour

IHMAN upholds the freedom of association and the effective recognition of the right to collective bargaining.

• We are against child labour.
• We are against discrimination in respect of employment and occupation.

Environment

IHMAN supports a precautionary approach to environmental challenges.

• We undertake initiatives to promote greater environmental responsibility.
• We encourage the development and diffusion of environmentally friendly technologies.

Anti-Corruption

IHMAN works against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.
